When you pick flowers:
1: The most important thing is to send them to the office during office hours. So that her colleagues can have an envious look at her.

2: Send them on a Monday, so that she can enjoy them for the whole week.

3: Do not use the trick of not putting your name on the card. Because it will be embarrassing if she guesses the wrong person. This is before you confirm the relationship. I remember one male client asked a female client if she can be his girlfriend, the next day when she received flowers, she thought they were from him. But actually, they were from another client who was also chasing her.

4: She might not have a vase at the office. 99.99% of guys will send just flowers. If you send them with a vase, you stand out.

5: There is a powder which can make the flowers last longer, ask the shop.

6: Always go for classy RED ROSES.

7: Never send white flowers, they are for funerals.

9: Don’t send flowers which are in a box, no one will see them if she carries them on the street or to a restaurant.

10: 99 red roses are romantic. However, if she is the type of girl that like to wear shoes like Jimmy Choo, she might have to throw the flowers away to walk. It happened to my clients before.

11: There is a new design of a red rose with a real diamond on the rose. You can do it on special occasions but not on Valentine’s Day. Because no one will see the diamond. Everyone else will only see she got ONE bloom of the tiny flower while other girls have a big bunch of flowers.

*12: Send different flowers or roses, but in different colours so that if she wants to post on social media, it won’t look like she is re-posting the same flowers. First-time flowers should generally be red roses.

13: If you have no idea what flowers to send, you can ask the shop for a recommendation. What are the most popular flowers? Or pay attention to social media to see what other girls have posted lately.

14: Do not send flowers in boxes, especially on occasions like Valentine’s Day. Imagine a classy lady wearing high heels, in a nice dress and carrying a big box, walking on the street. Not a good look.

Holding on to your loved one is like preparing for battle: you cannot wait until something has happened. Men go off track mainly because of the excitement of being with someone new. You have to keep the relationship fresh and exciting as well. Sometimes, when everything is going well, we have a tendency to fall into a rhythm, a habit of doing the same things over and over. You have to fight against this mindset by staying fit, dressing well, and looking after yourself. If you fail at this, your man may already have half a foot out the door.

If the unthinkable does happen, stay calm. Acting crazy will only drive your man further away. Go to the gym, learn something new; he will be curious why you are keeping so busy. Bring his attention back to you, but also prepare to move on. Love should be exclusive, loyal, and committed. There are lots of great guys out there.

Tips on choosing an everyday bra:

1. V-shaped
2. Wire cups are not separated
3. Color: Black–Unless you are wearing a light-colored outfit. Also, if your bra strap slips accidentally, it will not look like those granny straps.
4. Smooth fabric (no laces) so that you can wear it with clothes made of different materials.
   

How many bras do I need?

4 different kinds.

1. One simple v-shaped bra;
2. One strapless;
3. One with a cross back;
4. One that is sexy for a special evening with your loved one.

My advice on the below lingerie brands:

1. Calvin Klein – A good choice if you want to go for a casual design.
2. La Perla – La Perla has a wide selection of laces and fancy bras. If you are choosing one for a special evening, La Perla is the place to go.
3. Wacoal & Triumph – Not recommended because they don’t last very long.
4. Body Bra: In recent years, many ladies have tried “Reshaping Lingerie” to help mold a better body shape. My suggestion is simply do more exercises.

Also, I recommend that all your lingerie are the same color. If one piece of your lingerie set wears out, you can easily replace it with another matching black piece. Most importantly, your lingerie must be in good condition, which means replacing them with new ones annually.

High heels lengthen a woman’s legs, making her buttocks sway and her breasts more noticeable. There is a biological reason why men love women’s long legs. When a girl reaches puberty, her legs undergo rapid lengthening as hormones flood her body and change her into a woman. Her extra long legs become a powerful non-verbal signal telling males she is sexually maturing and is now capable of childbearing.

How to choose high heels:

The higher, the better, the more comfortable.

The name is says it all: The definition of high heels is high with heels. Their purpose is to lengthen the leg, making it visually look longer. Some of my clients associate high heels with a certain level of discomfort, thinking the heels are like a girdle; however, what you will find is that the more you wear them, the sooner you and your feet will get used to the feeling. Wear them daily, so that when you go on a date, you will be able to walk comfortably and naturally. PS: Every woman should have a pair of simple black high heels I have seen many clients wear boots. When I ask them if they know what type of people wear boots? None of them can reply. Of course, I then remind them…SOLDIERS wear boots.

How to walk in high heels?

Wear your high heels into a room that no one uses, or is seldom used. It is time to practice. You will learn to control the high heels well through practice.

1. First, pick a straight line on the floor to use during practice. This is your guideline.
2. Second, use your thigh muscle to lift your leg.
3. Third, move your hip and shoulders in the same rhythm, with back straight, shoulders back, head up.
4. Finally, walk like you want to cross your left knee over the right knee with your feet landing on the guideline, aligned

In the beginning, your brain and muscles may not get used to this new way of walking as quickly as you would like. That’s OK. It’s the same with any new skill, it takes time for your brain to create the neural pathway to make the move seem natural. Once you get used it though, your short term memory will turn it into a long term memory The best part is… Just like riding a bicycle, once you learn it, you will never forget.
