<p><strong>45-year-old American banker, 185cm.</strong><br />
I was sipping my glass of wine, and he was drinking a can of coke zero. He told me that he is aiming to lose another 5kg. I looked at him and said, “I can only see skin and muscles on your body, where’s the fat?” He said, “To keep a good body shape, I only eat rocket salad and egg white for breakfast. For lunch, poached salmon and steamed broccoli, and normally, I don’t take dinner.”</p>
<p><strong>47-year-old Pilot, 183cm.</strong><br />
“How do you maintain fitness without doing much exercise?” I asked.</p>
<p>“I will skip all meals one day per week. Our body is not designed to eat 3 meals per day,” he replied.</p>
<p><strong>Bank regional director, French Canadian, 184cm.</strong><br />
I thought I was already very disciplined by waking up every day at 6 am, working out at the gym from 7-8 am, and starting my day at the office at 9 am. Mr. C said he goes to bed by 9:30 pm, wakes up at 4:45 am then heads to the gym by 5-6 am. He takes his breakfast at around 6:30 am and arrives at the office at 7:30 am. During his lunch hour, he eats a can of tuna and goes to the gym again. He explained, “I want to set a good example for my peers. Also, going to the gym alleviates my stress.”</p>
<p>All of them are single men looking for women who are also relatively fit that share the same healthful mindset.</p>

<p class="m_-517057704018429431p2">Funky dance is a personal favorite. It’s <span class="m_-517057704018429431s1">intensive enough to burn calories but not enough to build big muscles. For ladies, it’s important to tune the shape of our arms and waist.</span><u></u><u></u></p>
<p class="m_-517057704018429431p2">I often have to ask my female clients to drop a few pounds, and in many cases, it’s that final push that helps them get into a relationship. My male clients say that it’s not purely about outward appearances. “It’s an indication of her attitude in life. If she can’t take better care of herself, I have doubts that she will make a good wife and mother.”<u></u><u></u></p>

<p>Some women thought after marriage life, it is ok to not to work too hard on their appearance because they are not in a dating status anymore. But based on my experience and studies, men generally appreciate beauty over a mom looking figure.</p>
<p>A client of ours once said (Ricky, 188cm, CEO of 200 staff computer component company) “Rachael, can you please ask your clients to eat only vegetable?” I asked “why?” He replied “Because I will be proud if my future hot w<span class="text_exposed_show">ife is being looked at by other fathers during my kids school open day.”</span></p>

<p>Moms &amp; wives, if you want to drop a few pounds eat a healthy meal during dinner or both lunch and dinner (loosing 10-15 pounds in 2-3 months.) Here’s a quick recipe for you:</p>
<p>Recipe:<br />
1. Chop and throw in all kinds of vegetable. Eg. Frozen peas and corns, celery, cabbage, carrot, tomato, few pieces of barbecue meat (it got lots of favour).<br />
2. Pour half portion of water and half portion of chicken broth in to the pot and let it shimmer.<br />
3. Just add a little salt for taste.<br />
4. You can throw in one or two pieces of dumpling in if you really crave for carbohydrates.</p>
<p>You will see a dramatic difference on your skin condition and energy level after taking this recipe for a few months.</p>
<p>Another good tips to stay on track is to download this diet app – Fitness Pal.<br />
It helps you list out all the food, water and your exercise habit, and it will calculate how much you gain/ loose. It’s a wake up call to let you know how much you in take everyday.</p>
