Hot wife diet – Part 1

Some women thought after marriage life, it is ok to not to work too hard on their appearance because they are not in a dating status anymore. But based on my experience and studies, men generally appreciate beauty over a mom looking figure.

A client of ours once said (Ricky, 188cm, CEO of 200 staff computer component company) “Rachael, can you please ask your clients to eat only vegetable?” I asked “why?” He replied “Because I will be proud if my future hot wife is being looked at by other fathers during my kids school open day.”

Moms & wives, if you want to drop a few pounds eat a healthy meal during dinner or both lunch and dinner (loosing 10-15 pounds in 2-3 months.) Here’s a quick recipe for you:

Recipe:
1. Chop and throw in all kinds of vegetable. Eg. Frozen peas and corns, celery, cabbage, carrot, tomato, few pieces of barbecue meat (it got lots of favour).
2. Pour half portion of water and half portion of chicken broth in to the pot and let it shimmer.
3. Just add a little salt for taste.
4. You can throw in one or two pieces of dumpling in if you really crave for carbohydrates.

You will see a dramatic difference on your skin condition and energy level after taking this recipe for a few months.
